Baoilleach Distillery  is situated in an old cottage on a hillside overlooking Mulroy Bay outside the idyllic village of Carrigart, Co. Donegal, located along The Wild Atlantic Way. We are proud to be one of the smallest irish whiskey distilleries in Ireland and even prouder to produce quality Irish Whiskey which showcase the tastes and character of our distilling heritage of Donegal.
