This Irish Whiskey is a vatting of Irish Whiskies from three casks, a light peated mixed mash bill in bourbon quarter cask, unpeated Mixed Mash bill in a Oloroso butt and a heavily peated Single Malt in a Oloroso Hogshead.

Over the next few years we hope to release some great Irish Whiskey, showing the depth of flavours the distillery can produce.
