At Baoilleach Distillery's we love to explore new mash bills to see what flavours the distillery produces, we will be distilling some unique experimental Oat mash bills and will fill a 128L Portuguese Red Wine cask. We will produce a Oat heavy mash which will be slowly double distilled with plenty of tails to give us a real Oat heavy flavour in our Irish Whiskey New Make.

Malt Barley 40%
Each share will represent 3 x 700ml cask strength bottles from the cask, we expect the cask to be bottled in 3-5 years. There are 33 available shares per cask with the balance cask held by the distillery.
Additional fees will be due after the dumping and bottling of the cask.

Final Cost per Bottle excluding Shipping will range between €65-70.
The use of Irish Oat Whiskey on the Final Labelling will need approved by the Dept. of Agriculture.
