At Baoilleach Distillery's we love to explore new mash bills to see what flavours the distillery produces, we are now distilling some unique experimental corn mash bills and will fill a 128L Bourbon cask. We will produce a sour mash which will be slowly double distilled with plenty of tails to give us a real corn heavy flavour in our Irish Whiskey New Make.
