One of the earliest Casks to be filled after the installation of a new 1000L wash still at Baoilleach Distillery, this bottling is a follow on of the same mash bill as the First Cut.
A Potstill mash bill with a long open top fermentation which was then double distilled. Aged in a 30L seasoned Ruby Port Cask from mid June until the cask was emptied in late March. Aged for 10 months. 56.2%
The cask had previously been used for Peat and Port Poitín.
